Rent of individual or group self-catering accommodation

Charges for 2-9 person accommodation in “Le Platane” and 2-14 person accommodation in “Le Fenil”

Price: 2 to 4 people, fixed charge:

Midweek	263 €	- 5% for the 2nd week.

*High season = Christmas week, New Year, Easter, Ascension Day, Whit. July and August.And July hiring August per week of the Saturday to Saturday.

From the fifth person: 12,00 € per person per night.
Reduction: for 1 week, 10,50 €/pers.
Cleaning service available:72 €

Prices for group accommodation (up to 33 people) in “Le Frêne”

Price: Per person, per night: 14,50 € (minimum 15 people)
Cleaning service available: 82€
This lodging is rented in weekend of Friday at Sunday; In contrary case, a compensation for 125€ will be required for the second night.

These prices include all charges except for the local tax of 0.85 per person (from age 12 years), damage and cleaning. Dancing parties and beer pumps are not permitted in the accommodation.Rent of individual or group self-catering accommodation.

Booking

General Information

A guarantee of 200€ is required when booking. This will be returned to your bank account within the 15 days following the rental, after deduction of cleaning charges and any damage.
In the event of cancellation, a sum of 125 € will be withheld from the guarantee.
The full payment must be made upon arrival (before 9.00 p.m).
All dustbins must be emptied on departure. The accommodation must be left in impeccable condition if you do the cleaning yourself.
Arrival starting from 14:00, and departure at 11:00.
Not equipped with household linen.
